Just found this link on JA's site - at the bottom of the first page is a track, i've not heard it before but that's not to say it's new! I think it is called 'lovely cost'.

Thanks for pointing this out!

I'm again astonished at how much creative output Joseph manages to produce on a daily basis. He put yet ANOTHER new song there half an hour ago as I type this (Dark Forces)!

The songs are great and the blog features some of his best art. The songs aren't downloadable though...

I wish, hope and pray he'll go on doing this for some time and then eventually will collect it in a second 'We Almost Made It' book, with soundtrack CD!

Does this guy ever sleep?

Together with the 7 new videos on his official you tube pages that's another 9 recordings to add to all the other new stuff we've been treated to in the past month or so. Keeping tabs on Joe is turning into a full time job.....but don't stop when the music is this good, it's worht it.

I am speechless with wonderment (good word and apt) at everything Jo (and his organisation) is doing just now. It just blows me away completely and I fall down in admiration, awe and moaning pleasure noises.

May I point out that this
Quote:

concert tickets

coincides with the announcement of new shirt designs at the store?

I think Bag Is Hot is a mature version of what was going on on the myspace site - pictures and blogs and songs, only this time in a well designed fashion.

totally awesome, by the way.

I think someone could even start a media theory out of it, as the whole 'hot bag' metaphor and the way it's presented with this seemingly outside-interview-question reminds me of Marshall McLuhan's theoretical work - hot and cold media, for example.

Another new song!!!

It's called 'If yer afraid', and again, it's magnificent. There's a cello in it!

At this rate I'm even going to be disappointed if I don't see a new song on the blog in the morning..!
It's nice that the time Joe puts them up the blog is the time I'm getting started in the office. What a great way to start a working day!

maybe he's doing that now? haha. something tells me he's got a massive collection of songs that haven't been released yet. that and the fact that he probably records at least a song a day.

I'm glad he has his own record label. if he was signed with someone else, we'd be getting 1 album a year, if that :x
